Having just been completed in a 3 week timescale, the recent March to the
Hospital in the 7th October was a Great success, on the back of this other events
are already being organised.
As I write this on Tuesday 10th October the A14 is shut once again, the radio report says closed
at M11/A14 Girton interchange so westbound travel
to Huntingdon unavaliable by the A14 route and
there are diversions at Dry Drayton
as you cannot get onto the M11 directly
Well this should tell the SHA that the A & E service is essential
not a prospect to cut it out to save money and Air Ambulances
as suggested by Patricia Hewitt are financial suicide and as
much of a burden as PFI buildings for which Hinchingbrooke
can vouch for

Hinchingbrooke Hospital in Huntingdon is now to be run by a For Profit,Offshore,Hedge Fund Backed, Tory Donor Organisation ...Circle Health They say it is not Privatisation...but it is all but We NOW find that Staff will be part of Clinical Groups AND be RESPONSIBLE for PROFIT & LOSS for Circle so WHAT are Circle doing?.... The Contract is in Circle Health's favour...they can get out at ANY TIME...with a small compensation to the Department of Health.. EMAIL - sgl5gjr@mail.com ....
